1. Forestry Leadership Award: Recognizes early career foresters and natural resource professionals (<35 years old) in LASAF who increase public knowledge of forestry and improve public relations between foresters and their communities in Louisiana.

2. Distinguished Service Award: Recognizes LASAF members for their professional achievements in forestry and superior service to SAF. 

3. Sparkplug: Recognizes extra effort by an LASAF and SAF member to plan and execute an event, activity, or project that benefits the forestry profession.

4. Gold Award: Recognizes SAF members with 50 years of service to the Society.​
